LIZA MARSHALL

Liza Marshall is Head of Film and Television for Scott Free London. In 2010, she produced the award winning and innovative feature film Life in a Day. Directed by Kevin Macdonald, and made in collaboration with Youtube, the film was selected for a wide range of film festivals, including Sundance, Berlin, SXSW and has been released theatrically in numerous territories. She is currently producing a follow up project Britain in a Day.

Liza was previously Head of Drama at Channel 4 and her impressive list of multi award-winning credits include the Red Riding Trilogy, adapted by Tony Grisoni from the novels by David Peace, and directed by Julian Jarrald, James Marsh and Anand Tucker. Boy A, directed by John Crowley, The Shooting of Thomas Hurndall directed by Rowan Joffe, Endgame directed by Pete Travis, The Unloved directed by Samantha Morton, The Mark of Cain directed by Marc Munden, Death of a President written and directed by Gabriel Range, Poppy Shakespeare directed by Ben Ross, Secret Life written and directed by Rowan Joffe, Fallout directed by Ian Rickson, Clapham Junction directed by Adrian Shergold, Celebration directed by John Crowley and Mo directed by Philip Martin.

Liza began her producing career at the BBC where she produced the multi award winning serial The Long Firm, starring Mark Strong, The Sins, Fields of Gold, Eroica, Derailed and others.
